And we’re especially proud to offer premium Iberico pork, sourced straight from our farm, including pork chops, bacon, and sausage—all raised with care for unmatched quality and taste.
The Story Behind Our Iberico Pork
Our pork comes directly from Thrive Iberico Farm, located in Cat Spring, TX, just 40 miles west of Houston. Founded in 2016 by Greg and Samantha Glueck, the farm’s journey began when two Spanish entrepreneurs brought 150 Iberian pigs to the United States. After seven years of dedication to perfecting this rare Spanish delicacy, we’re honored to now share it with our community.
Known as "olives on legs," Iberian pigs are unique for their genetics and free-range lifestyle. These conditions create beautifully marbled meat with deep red coloring and rich, flavorful fat. Until now, this extraordinary pork was only available as an imported product or at select upscale restaurants. Now that we’ve mastered the production process here in Texas, we’re excited to share this iconic pork with you.
